Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the digital health platform operated by MediLink360 LLC-FZ, including its web platform, mobile applications, AI-assisted features, appointment modules, insurance verification tools, communication tools, dashboards, analytics modules, and all related services made available through the platform (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including patients (“End-Users”) and healthcare providers.

The Platform enables access to MediLink360’s software and features that are separately licensed to you under the MediLink360 End-User License Agreement (“EULA”). In the event of any conflict between the EULA and these Terms, the EULA shall govern with respect to your license to and permitted use of the Software, while these Terms shall govern your access to and use of the Platform and its related services.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that the use of any Software made available through the Platform is subject to the terms of the EULA.

1. Overview of MediLink360 Services

MediLink360 is a non-diagnostic digital health platform.
It supports patient–provider interactions such as scheduling, administrative workflows, and informational
guidance.
It does not provide clinical decision-making, medical assessments, or treatment.

MediLink360 does NOT:

Provide medical advice or clinical recommendations;
Diagnose, assess, or treat any medical condition;
Replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional; and
Provide urgent or emergency medical services

MediLink360 is intended for informational and administrative support only. For any medical concerns, always consult a licensed healthcare professional. For emergencies, immediately contact your local emergency service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if:

You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian;
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you; and
If you are a healthcare provider accessing professional or administrative features of the Platform, you are duly licensed, accredited, or otherwise legally authorized to provide healthcare services in the jurisdiction in which you practice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete account information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All actions taken under your account

You must not:

Share login credentials with others
Impersonate any person or entity
Create accounts using false information

MediLink360 may suspend or terminate accounts for security or compliance reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Platform in any way that:

Is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to others;
Involves submitting, sharing, or processing personal or health information without valid consent or legal authorization;
Misrepresents your identity, qualifications, or affiliation, including impersonating a healthcare professional;
Attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Platform, including introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorized access; and
Uses any informational or AI-generated output from the Platform as clinical, diagnostic, or treatment advice, or as a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

Violations of this policy may result in limited access, suspension, termination of your account, and, if applicable, legal action.

5. AI-Assisted Features

The Platform may include AI-assisted modules that provide automated, non-diagnostic, and informational
suggestions only. These AI outputs:

Do not constitute medical advice, clinical assessment, or treatment recommendations;
Must not be relied upon to diagnose, manage, or treat any medical condition;
Are not a substitute for professional judgment by a licensed healthcare professional; and
May be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on limited inputs, and therefore require independent
clinical review.

You acknowledge and agree that AI outputs are provided solely for informational support and must not be used as the basis for clinical or medical decisions without confirmation by a licensed healthcare professional.

6. Health Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the MediLink360 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part
of these Terms.
Key principles:

UAE PDPL and UAE ICT Health Law apply
Health data required to be stored in the UAE will remain in UAE-based infrastructure, unless regulatory exemption applies
Provider organizations are responsible for obtaining necessary patient consent
MediLink360 may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and system improvement

7. Appointments & Interactions with Service Providers

The Platform facilitates appointment booking, administrative coordination, and communication between patients and healthcare providers. MediLink360 does not provide medical services and does not employ or supervise healthcare professionals.

MediLink360 is not responsible for and does not control:

The availability, scheduling, or practices of healthcare providers;
The quality, accuracy, or outcome of medical care delivered by providers;
Any cancellations, delays, failure to attend, or changes to appointments; and
Any acts, errors, omissions, or professional negligence by healthcare providers, including clinical decisions or advice.

All medical services are provided solely by licensed healthcare professionals who are independently responsible for their own medical judgment, actions, and compliance with applicable laws and standards of care.

8. Insurance Verification

The Platform may include insurance verification tools that provide administrative assistance only. These tools are not a guarantee of benefits or payment.
MediLink360 does not:

Confirm or guarantee insurance coverage, reimbursement, or payment of any service;
Make eligibility, approval, or coverage determinations on behalf of any insurer; and
Ensure that insurance information displayed through the Platform is complete, current, or error free.

Final coverage and eligibility decisions are made solely by the relevant insurance company. Users are responsible for confirming insurance benefits, limitations, and financial responsibility directly with their insurer or provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, trademarks, logos, and technology within the Platform are owned by MediLink360.
Users must not:

Copy or reproduce the Platform
Create derivative works
Use the Platform’s content for commercial purposes without authorization

10. Updates & Changes

MediLink360 may update or modify the Platform at any time, including new features, improvements, or limitations.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools, APIs, or hosting providers.
MediLink360 is not responsible for:

Third-party service failures
Content controlled by external systems

Use of such services may be governed by additional terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law:

MediLink360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, business interruption, or loss arising from reliance on informational outputs;
MediLink360 has no responsibility or liability for medical outcomes, professional judgment, or clinical decisions made by licensed healthcare providers, whether based on information obtained through the Platform or otherwise;
For paid users, MediLink360’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the subscription or service fees actually paid to MediLink360 during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and
End-Users who access the Platform free of charge acknowledge that the Platform is provided on a free, informational basis only, and therefore MediLink360’s liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted under UAE law.

13. Termination

MediLink360 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you:

Violate these Terms or any applicable policies;
Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities; or
Misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.

Upon termination, your account and access rights will be disabled. MediLink360 may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You may stop using the Platform at any time, and you may request account closure in accordance with the procedures provided within the Platform or by contacting MediLink360.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

All disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.
